Bruce: I love that squeeze bottle. I absolutely hated that glass bottle. Anticpation nothing. It was more like frustration.

Some Barnes and Noble stores already have the book in stock...I'm going to go pick up my copy tomorrow morning!!

Yes, in case you don't follow the book updates on Facebook, the book has come in earlier than expected. It is not a "restricted" release (where they must hold it until the official date), so bookstore are stocking it and shipping it... mainly Barnes & Noble and Amazon. Borders and other stores (and the ever-lovin' indie stores) should have it within the next few weeks. It was very unexpected, but a welcome surprise nonetheless!

This book is great Randy! It makes one feel a range of emotions from outrage to sadness and tears. A must read for any fan for sure. I won't say much since I don't want to spoil it for others who have not started reading it yet. I would like to see this turned into a movie for sure! Thanks for telling the truth...it's about time Karen had someone tell all, may she rest in peace!

Just got my copy from Amazon yesterday. And even though I'm in a middle of another book, I just couldn't resist. What I've read so far is very good. Randy is telling Karen's life the way it should have been written!

Jayne! I was given a book last week and when I was reading it Little Girl Blue arrived ...My mum and bro gave me the best surprise ever!!! Now I take it to university every day. One of my ex teachers was impressed and my mates think I'm carpenterised Well..Up to chapter 13 today and I'm loving it. Thanking God my mum was never the way Agnes was too!

Isn't it great?! I can't put it down!!!! Really gives some insight into the family dynamics and I'm very very very very very glad my Mom was not like Agnes either....... you can't blame her for everything but she sure didn't help matters either!

What was the marketing like for this book in the States ? Is it being pushed to the limit, or will only those that follow Karen's story in general know about it ?

IMO this information describes a gold digging phony. Your opinions?

Yes - Amazon is stocking the book now, but no as far as marketing.....at least I haven't seen any promotions. I know Randy does have some book signing engagements across the US, but none for Chicago that I know of.

Yesterday.... haven't gotten that far in the book yet..... I'm still in 1967! Haven't gotten to the big parts yet.....maybe after more of us read the book we should have a discussion topic...... that would be cool.

I had it on order from amazon.co.uk, but they will not have it until November. I think it is only amazon.com that stocks it at the moment.

It's a shame you have not seen any promotional stuff, I'm hoping that the book reaches beyond the general fan-base.

I know you can preorder it at Play.com, but not sure when they will have it in stock.

Randy has done a wonderful job. I'm a little more than halfway through the book. I agree with Jayne and Woolf that we should wait until everyone has read the book and then discuss it.

I'm only on page 99!!! But it's such a good book..... can't wait to discuss with everyone!

I finished last night....WOW! I love this book, and may read it again. Yes to the discussion when others have had a chance to read it...or open another thread with a spoiler alert? There are things revealed, that is for sure!
