I was pretty active for about a year when I joined in 2006 and then I lost my account info, and now I found it and I'm back.
I'm 19, and have been a fan of Karen's for...now since I was 16. I own 2 Carpenters DVD's, 3 Best of albums, and Karen's solo album, which took me over a year to piece together song by song. I'm a singer myself, I sing in choirs, and have done two Carpenter's songs on karaoke, Close to you and Superstar.
It's great to find a place that is devoted to a very talented singer like Karen. I feel that if she would have still been alive there would have been more solo encounters.
