I don't know if this has any bearing on the activity here at LeadSister & I never knew it to be a problem until last week when I reinstaled my operating system. Usually when I start or join a thread I select the option to be notified of replies (so I can quickly respond to those directed to me) but it seems to not be working. On several occasions I've come back to check other topics out & that's when I see responses posted. I hope this helps & have a great day!

I've just subscribed (Tracked) this topic and I'll see if I get emailed the response or not. The forum was upgraded not long ago and there are sometimes bugs that have to be worked out.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm looking into this. I didn't even realize that I had subscribed to my sons' band topic and never received emails about posts.

You're very welcome! I'm just wondering if some people posted & never got notices of a response so they assumed nobody was interested. It could possibly be a reason for the slow traffic. Take care!

OK, so I did receive an email. In the email it says



So you don't get emailed every time someone has posted in the thread, but rather an email once a day letting you know there are posts to a thread.
