This thread is all about us giving thanks to Pam for creating such a wonderful site. So, here I go with my thank yous:
Thank you Pam for making me feel welcome to the family of Carpenter fans. Ever since I got here, it has just been an exciting experience for me. You make me feel welcome in such a way that it doesn't drive me away, and, never come back again. I have been a member since 2006, and, even though I have not been on, I have always tried to think about you, and, everyone on here that has welcomed me with open arms. This is the first, and, only forum I am going to stay a member of, and, not get banned. WHy? Because I intend to follow the rules, and, if I get a warning, I will follow it. i want to be able to continue on my quest as a Carps fan forevermore. So, what I am trying to say is: Thank you for this incredible site.

I agree!
I am sick of all these schizo long-terms fans bagging her out! That *member* loser doesnt realise how embarrassing s/he (it?) is! Bringing up private drama in public to get sympathy!
No wonder this forum has trouble getting new blood...when crazy people like to dig up petty drama's and post them in public, it scares away potential new members like me!

I do appreciate the kind words and I'm glad you do like it here and feel at ease. Although the past months have been one drama after another, I'll survive it. 
One thing I ask though, please don't bash other members or x-members. We all have our issues with people but I don't want a thread to bash them.

Sorry...I didnt mean to "name names"...it's just that for outsiders like us who dont know all the behind-the-scenes politics going on...it seems ridiculous when people pick fights with the creator of this site...if they dont like her, they should leave. They are getting no sympathy from people not in the main "clique" on here...I think it take's an outsiders opinion to show them how petty and weird they seem to the rest of us...
I thank Pam for creating this forum. Sadly, not many people appreciate Karen anymore...so all us fans need to stick together and support and reminisce with each other...not bitch about each other!
