Grease a la Carpenters is definitely a hoot! Karen sure could change her voice around.
I wish I could make out what the audience member shouts out to Karen. Can anyone tell what the guy yells?

At ~ 3:53 ... Karen has just skipped over to Richard while singing "You've got your crust. I'm no obect of lust" ... it's at that moment someone shouts out something to Karen, she freezes and kind of turns to her right and looks up into the audience ... and the audience laughs.

I couldn't pick it up. I don't think the camera did. It's evident something was said, though.

It's hilarious... specially when KC hits her "boob" with the mic

"YOU'D BE THE OBJECT OF MY LUST, KAREN!"

Well. that's what I'd've said.

Karen was such a natural comedienne. In live concerts, she sometimes seemed impulsively funny and would crack up at things easily!! She really missed her calling there.

Yes, she did, Cheryl! I loved her style and she was so cute doing it. Gotta love her comedy ways!

I agree. Karen was a natural comedienne. I think she could have gone on to be a great variety entertainer, along the lines of Carol Burnett, Lucille Ball, Julie Andrews, etc.. One can only imagine what might have been.
