Every time somebody posts something in a thread I started (I think) I get an E-mail saying somebody posted something. Is there anyway to stop it? It's REALLY annoying!!! PLEASE, HELP ME! HELP ME!!!!

Have you checked your "Email Settings" in "My Controls"?
Make sure you have all of the boxes unchecked under "Board Preferences", especially the last one which will send you an email everytime a post is made in a thread you start or in a thread you replied in.
