link this is disturbing, but it talked about all kind of needle marks, why did Karen's body have needle marks all over it, this is the most disturbing thing that I have ever read, very sad, but I just don't understand that

Obviously, the needle marks are evidence of resuscitation attempts. IV's are usually inserted in the hands and wrist. Paramedics would have have administered fluids, saline solutions, etc. Ephedrine may have been administered to jump start her heart... Heart catherizations and dyes injected to check blood flow to and from the heart are adminstered through the arteries that run through the groin.

I agree. They had to hook up all kinds of IV's to try and save Karen, so the needles were from the medical teams.

did you notice it said (from that link) "hyperplasia of porta lymph nodes." hyperplasia is an abnormal increase in the number of cells in an organ or a tissue with consequent enlargement (defintion from askjeeves) and porta lymph nodes are in your upper abdomen. Do you think its swollen from the heaving as in when you throw up. Which would defend the whole issue of the epicac syrup. Just a thought...
