I've been watching a lot of youtube stuff which is mostly live, so it gets me to thinking: Have there been many live albums released? If so, What's the best one to get?

Well, I've seen "Live At The Palladium" and "Live In Japan", but they cost an arm and a leg. Maybe both arms and legs? haha
They are out there, but they are quite alot of money. It's a real shame.

Live at the Palladium and Live in Japan are both CD releases, not DVD, if that makes any difference to the discussion.
The only commercial release for a DVD was Budokan, and that was only in Japan... correct me if I'm wrong. Incidentally, the best concert EVER on video.
There are tons of video bootlegs out there (as can be seen on youtube) from live performances. No surprise that Richard chose only to release Budokan, as it was absolutely electric. Incredible.

You'll find alot of the albums affordable. Some are out of print like "A Kind of Hush" and "Passage", but many of their other albums are quite easy to come by. "Made In America" is a tough look, but you'll be able to find it, I'm sure. Expect to find BIG prices for the out of print ones, unless you come by a seller who is selling for cheap.
