The Feelings Thread

I have a suggestion here. If we want the "Feelings" thread in Off Topic cause it gets better life there, how about "pinning" it permanently at the top so we don't have to keep going there and seeing a thread that goes up and down the page, yet doesn't ever leave the first page?
It would probably look tidier with it in one place yet available.
