That's fun for boring summer! 
Sometimes I can't wait for the Christmas season cause the emotions that come from seeing the sights with the Carpenters Christmas music in the background just feels magical and serene.

No I don't really have my tree up. I did this last Christmas before I started decorating the tree, since it was all bare and green with just lights I thought I would make a Carpenters Christmas tree, it only stayed like that for about 5 mins but I snaped a pic cause I thought it was cute. I thought you all might enjoy this. But seriously I do give 1 day in July to play my Carpenters Christmas Cd's. The music is too good to just play 2 weeks before Christmas.

I could't agree more! If they can record Christmas music any time if the year, I can certainly listen to it whenever I want!

This is rather ironic cause' Cheryl and I have recently seen a "Christmas in July" commercial on TV for a home furnishings store.... Unreal

I start playing mine the day after halloween lol I also start decorating for Christmas 1 day after halloween, I have usually been buying presents since January, and its nice to be able to set them out under the tree, I kinda obsess about christmas sometimes lol

I'd LOVE to have a Carpenters Christmas tree....that really would be cool!!! Hmm......wonder if I can MAKE some stuff.....ornaments and things....... 
(digs thru craftwork to find things to make) I have to get some Carp. pics I can use...smaller ones, like printed from a Google image search. Oh, yeah...that would work GREAT!!!!
