Click on Start Topic and there's link under "Topic Description" for polls.

Okayyyy....what threw me off was the fact that when I did a preview....the poll didn't show. I wasn't sure if it would post or not, since there's no button that says "Post poll" or something like that.
Anyway.....I managed.
