The Live Chat link located with the Help-Search-Members-Calendar links is not currently working. Researching how to fix that.

i wanna see the new chatroom, but for some reason i keep getting a red x in the left top corner when i try to enter. i've tried getting in with IE and Firefox ...any suggestions???

It worked for me. Did you use Pam's links in her initial post?

Yeah, did you use the link up top listed with Help-Search- etc? If so, that one wont work. I cant find the html for that section fo rthe life of me to change it! LOL Use the links provided in the first post.

Ames - when I tried Pam's links I was told that I needed to upgrade to a newer version of Java to use it...have you tried that? I don't know if it would fix your problem but it might be worth a try if you haven't...I haven't done it yet myself!

Hehe no prob...now after I upgrade to the newer computer (probably tomorrow) I'll probably have to do that myself!

You have to make sure you have the right plugins for the chatroom for it to work. That's a pain, but worth it in the end. Hopefully everyone gets situated.

I had problems with it yesterday even after downloading the plug-ins. Not sure what was wrong (user error I'm certain!) but it's working right now! Too bad nobody to chat with in there.

Howcome when I try to enter the chat room it gives me a white box and that says my username and password is invalid?

It probably has something to do with the update. Try registering again.

The chatroom is a separate login than the forum. It's supposed to work with the forum database but I couldnt get it to work when Invision upgraded the forum software. So you have to register separately with the chatroom.
