With the mention of 'Where Do I Go From Here' and the last poll, thought I'd do another one... laugh.gif

Thought anyone?

Mine is 'Kiss Me The Way You Did Last Night', followed by a very close second for 'Slow Dance'. wub.gif

I like Honolulu City Lights because of the music and Karen's singing her low notes. Its soothing and lovely to hear.

If I ever take a trip to Hawaii, that will be the song running as the soundtrack to the photo slideshow I'll be making afterwards. laugh.gif

That's an unusual choice, Leanne. I actually figured that song might not get any votes, but it goes to show how everyone has different tastes and some songs just touch something inside. smile.gif bowdown.gif

Me too Silv. Have you ever heard the OOPS version? The thing where you pull the stereo channel out and all you hear is the backing vocals? This is the one song you want to hear done like that. The harmonies are AMAZING in the chorus:

(Say that you remember when)
Remember when lovin' took all night
Remember the feelin' of doing it right
(Feeling right, my love)
It's been so wrong
(It's been so wrong baby)
You've been gone too long
Now it's gonna be all right
We'll take all night again tonight

Awesome stuff. bowdown.gif

I picked "You're the One". I like the last bit when she goes super low. biggrin.gif

My second fave would probably be um, Where do I go From Here. hmmm.gif

No, I haven't yet. I had wondered if the OOPSers had gotten around to isolating all the pieces ( bits and pieces) can't you tell how far back I go! The Beatles and The Beach Boys have been OOPSed accordingly smile.gif

Actually, I'm surprised, Richard hasn't put out a boxset of isolated vocals etc., We'd all buy it wouldn't we!

We don't need to, Matt (dvb) has already cornered that market. I have around 50 of his released tracks laugh.gif

I chose "If We Try" as it was pretty even with "If I Had You" although I like the original mix of the latter from her solo album better.

Dave

Funny you should say that, I know a few people from amcorner.com who agree. I think Richard's remix was amazing, and was rightfully the single release from Lovelines. Even if it was accompanied by 'The Uninvited Guest' as the B-side laugh.gif

The way the vocals build up towards the end of Richard's remix always stops me in my tracks completely. Shame he deleted the original bassline, it was far funkier than Joe Osbourne's hmmm.gif

Hmm. Chris had the same problem the other poll. He voted for When It's Gone (It's Just Gone), and lo and behold, his post had just gone laugh.gif
