Hi guyz.

My husband wanted to watch the Karen Carpenter Story tonight... so I was watching for Richard Carpenter's cameo in the scene when Karen was singing "Now"... but I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Anyone want to help me out here? Where's Richard in this scene?

I thought Richard was in the background where "This Masquarde" is being played. I remeber looking and seeing him but that was ages ago.

Richard is in the background during the song "This Masquerade" It's very quick, You have to really pay attention to see it, it's as if the film crew suddenly noticed him and then moved to another scene.

Thanks to Stephen, I saw Richard Carpenter standing at the window of the control room while Karen is playing "This Masquerade" on the drums in the studio.

Does anyone know Mary's apperance? I think I saw her, but I'm not sure.

Yes, my husband's name is Richard... but don't be too surprised that he wants to watch Carpenters stuff... he was the one who bought me my first Carpenters CD waaay back when.... I think it came with my first CD player, lol... 1993?

Anyhow, yeah... he thinks Cynthia Gibb is hot because she reminds him of his High School math teacher. Teenage memories, I tell ya!!

Richard really likes dark complexions (how did he end up with me???). I was happy when Lucy Nolan from Detroit Fox 2 News moved to New York.... I used to have to watch him drool over her every morning.
