Excellent news, I have this CD & the single of Solitaire alone is worth the whole price of the CD. Little by little we get these cool releases from Richard first time on CD. Now I'm just waiting for the single version of Santa Claus is Coming to Town on CD. Guess my promo single 45 will have to do for now.

Is this a new relaese? I didn't know about this. Anything different on it from the other Carpenters Gold CD?

Oops, maybe I wasn't looking correctly, I thought this was the Gold 35th Anniv Edition CD but now I see it says Gold Greatest Hits. Sorry.

Was TV about Carpenters that Peter told us already aired?

Was this Gold released last year?


Olivia Newton-John received Gold Disk last December in UK, I think. I read that it was previously released and CM helped. Last night I saw Olivia receiving the Gold Disk on Cliff Richard site. She was called Olivia Newton John OBE on the site. I knew she was given OBE. But I saw it with Olivia's name for the first time.

I was wrong. Olivia's disk was platinum as you watch it on the slide show.

Great news re : Carpenters GOLD -UK version ....back in album charts at highest ever position #17 ....to date ....

This week ....Karen's Bithday week would be ideal to push this album into UK top 10 album sellers ....deservedly so ....
