I wore my t-shirt to work today and I got a ton of comments & compliments! First of all I rarely dress down, even on Friday, but today I wore my t-shirt & jeans to work proud! At least ten people asked me who "Lead Sister" was, and then when I explained your Site and the significance of the shirt they said things like "Wow, that is my favorite female singer of all time!", to quote several people. You see, most of the people I work with are my age and older so they have fond memories of KC. Heck, Boisebret, who is a member here, worked with me for a while. He should get back into the forum (I'll have to remind him). I did get some other puzzled and bewildered comments, such as "You are very strange, Randy..."

Oh well, it was fun! Thanks again Pam!

Thanks for sharing Randy! That's really cool that people were asking about the shirt. I've pretty much just got looks like Maggie mentioned. I've had a few people ask about it though....much younger than me and really didnt know about them.

Would love to hear any other tshirt stories!

Yeah, I'm going to wear it to the local mall today when I take my daughter shopping. I know, I know... wearing the same shirt two days in a row isn't cool. But hey, it isn't dirty and it will be for a different audience!

We are supposed to wear red tomorrow at work, in honor of a State employee, who I did not know, who passed away this week. I'm not sure why "red", but I have a red Leadsister.com T-Shirt and that's what I'm going to wear. I feel that it is befitting given that we are in the week of the 4th of February. Friday is casual day or I would have worn it on the 4th instead.

I have just joined the site - even though I've been a visitor here for months.

I'm sad to hear about the "lead sister" t-shirts (I live in England, UK anyway so I probs would'nt have been entitles to one)

Do you know ehere I could get one though? .. at all?

Anyone was able to buy one I actually sold them all over the world. Two went to Israel and they are in Japan, Germany, South Africa, South America, and the UK to name a few places.

The only way I could possible make any other tshirts is if I had about 20 people buying in. I would consider a new design. But I'd have to have at least 20 serious participants.
