Carpenters Walk Of Fame Star

Here's something very interesting!!
I was posting pics I found of the Carpenters (which you can see in the Gallery) and I came across one of KC & RC on the Walk of Fame...looking closely, I see that they were standing on CLAIRE TREVOR's star which is located at 6933 Hollywood Blvd.
It's SO STRANGE or was it planned, that the Carpenters would later receive their own Hollywood Star located at 6931 Hollywood Blvd...just a few feet away on the same side of the street. Jayne and I were just there. Is this bizarre, or is it just me being easily impressed

That is quite strange 
Also ....rather fittingly did all those who have visited Carpenters star opposite Roosevelt Hotel notice the stars nearby belonging to many key influences / associates of Karen & Richard

Unfortunately I did not, but I did take note of all the connections you mentioned on the stars that are around the Carpenters! That was cool too!!

Wow!!! Those are great pics you downloaded in the gallery. A couple of them I have from the fanclub, but the one that really is cool is the one of K & R together in their early years. Karen is wearing white with a funky gold necklace. She looks so healthy and happy there!! And it took me a little bit, but I found them in the "Guys & Dolls" pic!
