Just wanted to give a warning to everyone that there are spam bots on the loose and attacking forums. Unfortunately, they are making it through signups and posting VERY obscene posts with images included. So please contact an Admin/Mod immediately if you see any such posts.

Yeahh!! I have seen those guys on Buzz Jack driving the whole forum nuts..They're awful! Hate them

Thankfully I switched signups to admin approval because you guys would have logged in to see some pretty bad stuff. LOL I've received at least 10 spam signups so far today.

You know, Pam, I've been on another forum where these spammers go nuts and I agree, the pictures are more horrifying and vile than the imagination can create. Nasty stuff. Thanks for keeping us from that. Hopefully it won't happen here!!!

I'm getting the forum upgraded sometime this weekend and extra measures thrown in to prevent the nasty spam. So no worries

i put a question in the sign up form that has to be answered in order to sign up, something simple that everyone knows but isnt computer generated on my forum

We do have that in place but we'll be adding extra measures soon. Just a really busy weekend. The spam bots are hitting all the forums hard lately and have learned ways around things. So hopefully it's taken care of soon.

People who do this should be heavily fined and get banned from any internet use.
