Karen's 1979 Jaguar

Karen's car was sold on Ebay a few years ago. This was the ad they ran along with the photo's. Last I heard, her car resides in Florida with a fan.

Karen Anne Carpenter's 1979 Jaguar XJS. Restoring this vehicle has been a labor of love. Purchased from Richard Carpenter in 1995, this California car was Karen Carpenter's before she passed away in 1983. Still displaying her personalized KAC3 California license plate, this 12 Cylinder sports car looks and runs great. Extensive restoration included having all new leather interior and carpeting made from original tool and die equipment and professionally install at BAS Ltd in Vancouver, British Columbia. Other extras include new Pioneer AM/FM radio and CD player, speakers, Michelin tires, original wire wheels and more. 54,000 miles.
